Today’s work environment is dynamic. Now more than ever, employers are focused on employee comfort and productivity and creating a work environment that is conducive to that. Establishing standards for dress becomes a challenge when balancing the desire to enable individual expression with the company’s mission and customer realities. I work with management to facilitate the creation of company standards that balances these potentially competing interests.
Men's Wardrobe
I work with men to help define, and in some cases, refine their look. Let’s face it; you’ve got a day job. Between work and life’s demands, not many of the guys I work with have the time (interest?) to keep track of what’s going on in the fashion world. So, I tailor my approach to your needs and personality. I take a no-nonsense approach, minimizing your time at some of the more mundane stags. We can move quickly through the process, or if you are inclined, we will focus on the steps that you have interested in. You make the call.

My processes are guided by my mission to help each client find their style within, and while the outcome is necessary, the journey provides the greatest reward. With my programs, we will define your style, review the contents of your closet, create a personal shopping experience, and pull it all together.

We will review the entire contents of your closet to determine the items that work, what doesn’t, and why.
PERSONAL SHOPPING
I will create a shopping list based on our Closet Review. I will pre-shop and have all of the clothing and accessories ready and waiting for you in your private dressing room.
PULL IT ALL TOGETHER
I will combine your newly purchased items with your existing wardrobe, and photograph complete outfits. You will have your personal wardrobe portfolio.

THE POWER OF STYLE
I am frequently brought in to help roll out new programs with teams. Typically, I begin with senior staff to ensure a full understanding of the organization’s “dress code” and its linkage to the company mission.
Once we’ve established that, I home in on critical messaging and emphasis that will be rolled out in sessions with staff in workshops. I work to make it fun and interactive and try to impart knowledge that is useful outside of work as well.
CORPORATE EXCURSION
& REWARD PROGRAMS
Companies often underwrite trips where employees travel with their spouses. I am frequently asked to build programs that entertain spouses as part of their program. It can be as simple as a luncheon presentation in which I walk participants through a discovery process to understand the steps they can take to define their style.
For those looking for a more in-depth experience, following the luncheon, I work with attendees to deliver a personalized shopping experience that includes a style profile, personal pre-shopping, and a day of shopping.
This program has been an excellent fit for corporate achievement rewards trips and has also been used by hotels and spas to attract clients.
